Service and Support

ITS maintains a 24/7/365 service and support response hotline. We respond to service requests promptly. Contract service customers are given priority and receive on-site service within the response times specified in their contracts. Customer service requests requiring highly technical responses are escalated to ITS' engineering group.

Using the latest technology, ITS remotely monitors, diagnoses and restores systems. If the nature of the service request requires an on-site response, technicians are sent to assess the situation, provide solutions and repair or install equipment or software as needed.
